Description

Minnesota West Community and Technical College seeks a Women's Volleyball Coach who desires to become part of a creative, vibrant, student-centered educational community. We are seeking an individual who is committed to students, student learning, and student success.

Responsibilities

Duties include:

  • Scheduling, planning, organizing and recruiting for a competitive program.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the program by ensuring compliance with college and conference regulations.
  • Team preparation through scheduled practices.
  • Coaching throughout the season.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • An Associate's degree, experience and interest in coaching.
  • The college is committed to fostering global perspective.  The successful candidate will have demonstrated an ability to work with persons from diverse backgrounds.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in any field with a minimum of 18 graduate semester credits in a particular discipline would allow candidates possible teaching opportunities in addition to the coaching position.
  • Previous Coaching Experience
