Description
Minnesota West Community and Technical College seeks a Women's Volleyball Coach who desires to become part of a creative, vibrant, student-centered educational community. We are seeking an individual who is committed to students, student learning, and student success.
Responsibilities
Duties include:
- Scheduling, planning, organizing and recruiting for a competitive program.
- Provide leadership and direction to the program by ensuring compliance with college and conference regulations.
- Team preparation through scheduled practices.
- Coaching throughout the season.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- An Associate's degree, experience and interest in coaching.
- The college is committed to fostering global perspective. The successful candidate will have demonstrated an ability to work with persons from diverse backgrounds.
- Master's Degree in any field with a minimum of 18 graduate semester credits in a particular discipline would allow candidates possible teaching opportunities in addition to the coaching position.
- Previous Coaching Experience
