Job Responsibilities

In order to build an active pool of qualified applicants, Trident Technical College is accepting applications for adjunct faculty to teach at the Berkeley, Palmer, Main, and Mt. Pleasant campuses. Day, Evening, Weekend, and Distance Learning classes will be offered. Applications will be reviewed on an as needed basis.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, teaching varying schedules at a variety of locations, utilizing technology, and using a variety of teaching methods in instruction.  http://www.tridenttech.edu/about/ttc/index.htm

Minimum and Additional Requirements

To qualify for these positions, you must have at least a bachelor's or associate degree in multimedia, media arts, graphic design or a related field.  These positions will teach on-site instruction. 

Preferred Qualifications

Work experience in the areas of graphic design, web design and/or multimedia and the ability to work with Adobe Master Suite on both PC and Macintosh platforms is critical. College level teaching experience in the field of visual arts is preferred. These positions will teach in the areas of 2D Design, Color Theory, Graphic Design, and Web Design. Teamwork, leadership, goal setting, workplace/personal communication and excellent customer service skills are essential. Candidate must be able to function in an environment characterized by continual changes in information technology.
