Additionally, 30+ hours per week will be counted as full-time employment and will receive full credit for the amount of time employed. A minimum of 15 through 29 work hours per week will be counted as part-time employment and will receive half credit for the amount of time employed.

EDUCATION:
- High school diploma or GED.
- One (1) year electrical, mechanical, technical, or general/utility construction experience.
- A Class "D" Water or Wastewater License from the TCEQ will meet the experience requirement.
- Valid driver's license and good driving record.
- Must obtain Class D Water License (depending on location) from Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) within probationary period.
- Availability to work various shifts including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
- Subject to twenty-four (24) hour emergency call-out.
- Must have own transportation.
EXAM DESCRIPTION: Exam covers knowledge of common tools, graphs, data recording dials, work safety, basic electrical terms, tool application problems and basic arithmetic.TIME LIMIT: Ninety (90) minutes.
