Position Description
- This is a Non-Civil Service position with Metropolitan Action Commission. The position is under the direct supervision of the Facilities Manager and performs duties as instructed to insure the cleanliness of all Metropolitan Action Commission property – indoor and outside
Work Hours: Monday - Friday (10:00 A.M.- 6:30 P.M.)
Typical Duties
- Perform preventive maintenance work
- Assist in all cleaning functions
- Knowledge of custodial methods, materials and tools
- Attend meetings and complete required training
- Demonstrate positive and professional work habits
- Assist with other position related duties as requested by supervisor
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of an eighth-grade education
- One (01) year experience in custodial work
- Must be able to lift 75 pounds
- Teamwork experience
- Valid "Class D" Tennessee Driver's License
