Operates emergency response communication system equipment to receive, screen and route telephone requests for 911 emergency assistance to the Honolulu Police Department, Fire Alarm Bureau, Ambulance Dispatch, Hawaii Poison Center and the Suicide and Crisis Center; operates text telephone equipment to communicate with the deaf and speech impaired, and dictaphone recorder equipment to ensure accurate documentation of key communications; and performs other related duties as required.
