Job Summary

Consider joining the City of San Bernardino's Parks, Recreation and Community Services Department as a part-time Senior Recreation Leader.

As a Senior Recreation Leader you will organize and lead a variety of recreation programs including cultural activities, youth sports, teen activities, aquatic activities, senior citizen activities, and park-centered programs and supervise Recreation Leaders, Recreation Aides or Volunteer Leaders.

Part-time Senior Recreation Leaders work an average of 20 hours per week and are assigned to varied work shifts, including weekends.

Minimum Qualifications

Education:
Graduation from high school or GED.

Experience: One year paid experience in customer service or recreation programs or two (2) years of volunteer service in customer service or recreation programs.

Must be 18 years of age or older.
