Class Summary
This position is responsible for managing large to complex construction projects that have countywide impact and will provide project management support to the Director in the development and oversight of capital projects involving new construction and large scale renovations.
The Grade of this position is 104 (Salary is based on education and experience.)
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or directly related field;
- AND, five years of directly related experience;
- OR, any combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job;
- Valid Driver's License from state of residency
