Job Responsibilities
- Serves as a program coordinator and instructor for corporate training classes including, but not limited to, topics such as Safety, Quality, Mechanical & Electrical Maintenance, and Lean Manufacturing. Will increase the college's engagement with local business and industry by creating innovative, alternative delivery methods to include blended and online learning. Will increase market penetration by engaging clients in our 7 county service area.
Minimum and Additional Requirements
A bachelor's degree and two (2) years related instructional/training experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Prefer industrial, maintenance, technical, and safety training experience and/or OSHA Instructor credential eligibility.

Is required to periodically lift, move, & carry training materials & equipment in preparation for training courses. Must demonstrate safe practices at all times moving & transporting materials, equipment & furniture. Requires flexible work hours, possibly evenings and/or weekends. Frequent travel required. Most travel will occur within the 7 counties served by Piedmont Technical College.
