Description
Under the direction of the Operations Supervisor, the successful candidate will oversee the operation of birthday parties, as well as assist with indoor rentals and reservations on weekends only. (available shifts are between approximately 12pm and 6pm on Saturdays and Sundays)
The successful candidate must display excellent customer service and be available most weekends as a condition of employment.Examples of Duties
- Specific responsibilities include: Serving as the liaison between city services and rental guests;
Assisting with the set up and cleanup of party rooms;
Helping rental guests throughout their event;
Monitoring the renters' adherence to city policies; and,
Other duties as assigned. Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: At least 2 years of previous customer service experience required.
Possession of a valid State of Ohio Driver's License.
Physical Requirements: Some duties may require light physical labor.

Casual employees serve strictly at the pleasure of the City and their employment may be terminated at any time for any reason, with or without cause.
