Job Responsibilities
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Under the supervision of the Manager of Institutional Effectiveness and Research, the WORC (Workforce Opportunities Regional Careers) Data Coordinator is responsible for the collection and coordination of program data. The position supports the enrollment, program completion, and employment data for career and technical programs through data collection and reporting.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinates and develops routine program and customer reports of program enrollment and related assessments. Coordinates with appropriate personnel in the preparation and distribution of the reports within established timelines and in accordance with established policies, procedures and grant requirements.
- Coordinates and develops program and student learning outcomes, assessment and placement data for career and technical programs. Reviews trends and prepares summaries for continuous quality improvement.
- Coordinates the research and evaluation reports to fulfill requirements of the WORC (Workforce Opportunities Regional Careers) grant to include enrollment, retention and placement data.
- Performs data quality review and data audits of the College's Program Evaluation Report system. Creates dashboards to aid program faculty and department utilization.
- Participates in campus events and activities, serves on College committees representing the Office of Institutional Effectiveness and Research, and performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum and Additional Requirements
High School diploma and two years' work experience in collecting, scheduling, processing and reporting information in a data processing environment. Associate's degree in a related field may be substituted for work experience.
