Job Responsibilities
Uploads and stores food products. Clean and sanitize tables and chairs. Sweep and mop floors between meals. Clean bathrooms between meals and as needed during shift. Operate automatic dish washer equipment. Manually wash pots and pans. Operate deep fat fryers, griddles, toasters, and similar equipment. Assist with lifting of objects weighing 25 or more lbs.
Minimum and Additional Requirements
A high school diploma. Ability to stoop, bend, and stand for long periods. Ability to lift 25 or more pounds. Ability to work in cohesion with team members. Ability to read and prepare meals utilizing recipe cards.
Additional Comments
Knowledge of methods, materials and appliances used in food preparation and service. Knowledge of sanitation and safety procedures pertaining to food preparation and service.
