Custodian (Evenings and Weekends)

Provides skilled custodial services supporting assigned City building and facilities; and to accomplish a variety of semi-skilled maintenance and  janitorial tasks, along with  facility event set-ups and tear-downs.

• Clean and sanitize assigned buildings and facilities.
• Perform entry level plumbing, electrical, dry wall repair and painting  duties as assigned.
• Replenish supplies and materials as needed.
• Collect recyclable materials.
• Perform security checks of buildings and facilities.
• Assists in setting up and tear downs for meetings, special events and other duties as assigned.

Experience:  1 - 3 years custodian and general maintenance experience.

Education:  High School Diploma or equivalent.

Requires a valid driver's license, with a good driving record.

Normal Working Hours:  Wednesday-Sunday 9:00 PM to 5:30 AM. Days off are Monday & Tuesday

Must pass a background check, pre- employment physical and drug screen.
