PT Cashier - Concessions (Fairfield Greens)

The position will assist the Golf Professional with the management of daily operations of the concession sales at North and South Trace Golf Course, including running the cash register, empty trash, cooking food and cleaning food area. They will assist with golf outings with food prep and serving the buffet line, and providing other services to ensure an exceptional golf experience at the Fairfield Golf Course.
 

• Operate the cash register for all concession sales and prepare deposits.
   
• Prepare food and serve to the costumer.
   
• Empty all trash cans in concession area and clean up the Grille Room.
   
• Operate the food and beverage cart on the golf course.
   
• Assist in the golf outings for the preparation of food and drinks.
   
• Any other duties that are assigned by the golf professional.

Requirements/Qualifications:
 
Effective oral and written communications skills; leadership and managerial skill.  Ability to follow oral and written instructions; ability to develop and maintain working relationships.  Minimum qualifications include: High School Diploma or GED and a valid Ohio Drivers License. Minimum age of 18. 
 
 

Physical and Environmental Requirements:
 
Moderate physical effort required in administering the golf course club house; moving cases of water/pop, cases of food, and other materials and supplies.  Maximum unassisted lift is 50 lbs.' average 15 lbs.  Requires the ability to drive a golf cart as well as a automobile.  Requires ability to communicate verbally in person and via telephone.  May require travel by car and driving to distant sites.  Work is both outdoors and indoors.
