EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
Equivalent to graduation from an accredited college or university with major work in political science, public or business administration, economics or a related field.
Work experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree on a year-for-year basis. Such experience must have provided the knowledge, skills, and analytical ability normally gained from attainment of a bachelor's degree.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
Two years of management analysis experience.
Such experience must have demonstrated knowledge of the principles of public administration and management; government organization, functions and operations; principles, methods and techniques of management analysis; and the ability to apply the concepts, principles, techniques and methodology of management to actual work situations; evaluate administrative problems and develop necessary solutions or improvements; read, understand and analyze written material; and prepare clear, complete and accurate reports.
License Requirement: Possession of an appropriate valid driver's license, prior to appointment.Examination Process
