A minimum of 15 through 29 work hours per week will be counted as part-time employment and will receive half credit for the amount of time employed.Vacancies currently available in the following department(s): Code Compliance Services, Sanitation, Dallas Water Utilities, and Trinity Watershed Management Minimum Qualifications
EDUCATION:
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.
- Two (2) years of experience operating medium off- road automotive equipment used in excavation, construction, utility, landfill and/or street sweeping operations such as backhoe, rotobom or front-end loaders.
- Valid Texas Class A or B Commercial Driver's License and good driving record.
- Subject to twenty-four (24) hour emergency call, inclement weather conditions, and high traffic areas.
- Must pass background check.
- English/Spanish bilingual is a plus.
