Job Responsibilities
Present instruction in a professional, timely, and accurate manner consistent with Spartanburg Community College Truck Driver Training policies and procedures. Maintain accurate student attendance and progress records. Coordinate and plan for daily instruction, insuring proper utilization of equipment and students. Be prepared to instruct, supervise and monitor student actions in all phases of training (classroom, range, road) and insure students' compliance with program policy.
Preferred Qualifications
Three years' tractor-trailer experience and have logged 100,000 miles of over-the road driving; Knowledge of current state and federal regulations relating to the trucking industry; and positive instructional experience are preferred.
