Job Responsibilities

This position is located within the Continuum of Care Office of the Department of Administration. The incumbent will assist the Continuum of Care (COC) with evaluation activities related to High Fidelity Wraparound adherence using tools of the Wraparound Fidelity Assessment System (WFAS). The incumbent will also administer a Wraparound Fidelity Index, Short-Form (WFI-EZ) to a random sample of eligible youth and caregivers. The WFI-EZ can be conducted by phone, in person, by mail, or online via Wrap Track at various points. Furthermore, the incumbent will provide Survey Evaluation reports monthly, or as needed.  Performs other duties as required. 

Minimum and Additional Requirements

A high school diploma and relevant program experience. A bachelor's degree may be substituted for the required program experience. 

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Position may be required to make contact with families after hours. Certification of a negative TB test is required prior to employment. Applicants indicating college credit or degree(s) on the application will be required to bring a copy of college transcript to the interview.  A copy of the transcript may also be uploaded as an attachment to the application, if required by the hiring department or if desired by the applicant.  Please note that some areas  of the Department may require an official, certified copy of the transcript prior to hiring or within a specific timeframe required by that area, after hiring.  Failure to produce an official, certified transcript may result in not being hired or termination.
