Occupational Therapist: Schools: Temporary On-Call (0217)

Coconino County Education Service Agency (CCESA) is seeking qualified service providers to be temporary on-call employees with the CCESA to provide county schools with occupational therapy services.

Note: Services are to be provided within the geographical area of Coconino County.

The individual will function as a school occupational therapist to assess students' functional physical development levels; plan and implement appropriate treatment to meet individual student objectives; identify architectural barriers; and provide recommendations for accessibility, program development, and student placement.

Essential functions include: driving, sitting, working with and around others, working with interruptions, repetitive motion (hand/wrist, elbow/shoulder), vision acuity (near/far) for computer work, hearing and speech for ordinary conversation, touch/finger dexterity for typing and data entry.

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and a license from the Arizona Board of Occupational Therapy Examiners.
Must obtain a valid Fingerprint Clearance Card issued by the Arizona Department of Public Safety.

Must obtain an Arizona's Driver's license by date of hire and maintain it throughout employment. Final Job offer is contingent upon a satisfactory 5-year Arizona motor-vehicle report.
