Position Summary
Will tutor students on assignments from BBCC math, science, and business courses.
Essential Job Duties
- Provide academic support to students in individual or small group settings.
- Assist students in meeting course objectives through discussion, sample problems, and assignments.
Minimum & Desirable Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:- Must be able to tutor students in arithmetic through pre-calculus.
- Must be able to tutor students in introductory Chemistry.
- Previous experience working directly with individuals from diverse academic, socioeconomic, cultural, disability, and ethnic backgrounds.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:- Associate or Bachelor degree from a regionally accredited institution.
- Bilingual fluency, especially in Spanish
