Purpose of Position:
This position will provide Radiology services in an Acute Care setting.
This position is a Pay Band 55.

Classification Description
Minimum Qualifications
- Associates Degree in Radiographer Technology and Radiologic Science or completion of an American Registered Radiology Technologist (ARRT) Program and six (6) months of experience working in a laboratory.
Employment Requirements:
Must possess and maintain a current license to practice as a New Mexico Radiology Technologist in New Mexico or eligibility for such licensure in accordance with New Mexico requirements. Employment is subject to a pre-employment background investigation and is conditional pending results.
Statutory Requirement:
All applicants for this position must be licensed in accordance with Medical Radiation Health and Safety, 61-14E-1 through 61-14E-12 NMSA 1978. You must include your license or certificate number in the "License" section of the application form. Supplemental Information

Working Conditions:
This position is in a hospital setting, long periods of standing, bending and lifting a minimum of 50 lbs. May be required to work evenings, weekends, holidays and rotation of on call time.
