JOB DESCRIPTION: 
Join our team! Aiken Technical College is recruiting ICD-10 Coding Adjunct Instructors.
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 
·         Instruction including hands on and theory, classroom management, clinical supervision (as applicable) and administrative tasks that may include reports, syllabus and lesson plan development.
·         Development of student materials and tests may also be required.
·         Supervision of students.

Minimum and Additional Requirements

Certified coder and five (5) years ICD-9 coding experience required. This individual must demonstrate competence in one or more related areas of coding and must possess the ability to teach effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of ICD-10 coding preferred.
