Job Responsibilities

TTC Continuing Education is Growing Fast and Needs More Instructors! If you're an experienced professional with a passion for sharing your knowledge with others, consider joining TTC's Continuing Education. Instructors needed to teach varying class schedules for day and evening classes at the Berkeley Campus.

The Manufacturing, Industrial and Construction Trades Continuing Education and Economic Development is seeking to fill immediate part-time contract Machine Tool Instructor positions.

Minimum and Additional Requirements

These positions require a high school diploma AND five (5) years current industry experience that includes both conventional and CNC equipment set-up and operations.

Preferred Qualifications

An associate degree in machine tool technology, industrial technology or a closely related field is preferred. Previous training or teaching experience is highly preferred. Working knowledge and experience in the concepts and theories of conventional and CNC machining, set-up and operations, CAD/CAM programming, materials and processes, blueprint reading, and tool design are essential. Salary is commensurate with education and experience based at an hourly rate of $25- $27.50 per hour.
