Job Responsibilities

The Director of Instructional Support will lead and manage the College's Instructional support services including the instructional design of learning activities, support for quality state-of-the-art teaching, and adapting and implementing instructional technology and educational  technology for classroom, hybrid, and online courses.

Minimum and Additional Requirements

A Master's degree in education or a directly related field plus two years' experience in curriculum management or development.

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Educational Technology, or directly related field.  Prefer three years' experience in instructional design, or instructional technology; experience developing accessible electronic tutorials and learning objects; and instructional experience in both the traditional and online classroom.  Prefer experience working at a two-year college and experience working with faculty to develop quality online instruction.  Also preferred, experience using Quality Matters rubric, or similar rubric/standards.
