Job Responsibilities

This instructor is responsible to the Division Dean for Business Technologies for the delivery of quality instruction and management of students enrolled in Business, Marketing, Management or Finance courses and advisement of students in the General Business Programs.  Responsibilities occur in the areas of instructional development, teaching performance, student advisement, professional development, college/community service, and instructional management.   Will deliver classes at any of the College's teaching sites in the services area using traditional or alternative delivery strategies including live broadcast, web-enhances, and internet delivery.
 

Minimum and Additional Requirements

Master's Degree with a minimum of 18 graduate hours in Business, Management, and/or Marketing, or a closely related field.  Five (5) years experience in Hospitality/Tourism Industry preferred.

Technical College of the Lowcountry is a public two-year technical college serving four counties in the southern coastal region of South Carolina.  The main campus is located in Beaufort in the South Carolina Lowcountry on the coast between the historic cities of Savannah and Charleston and adjacent to the resort area of Hilton Head Island.
