Job Responsibilities

Under general supervision of Associate Engineer II, directs landscape/grounds technicians to maintain grounds and roads for the Greenwood Campus. County Campuses are also a part of the assigned duties as directed by Supervisor. These duties include but not limited to parking lot and grounds maintenance, irrigation, chemical and spraying program, equipment operation, and tree/shrub pruning. Will direct skilled and semi-skilled personnel. Assist with managing College Landscape Contracts and budget. While performing duties as a crew leader, a full spectrum of ground and road maintenance activities and practices will be performed by this individual.

 

Minimum and Additional Requirements

A high school diploma and three (3) years related work experience to include one (1) year in a supervisory capacity. Must possess a valid SC driver's license.
