Qualifications

Superb coordinating, communication and organizational skills; Minimum Bachelor's Degree, Masters preferred; Proficiency in Microsoft applications.

Job Concepts

Responsible for planning and conducting innovative recruitment activities for NSU's target population and identifying potential barriers to recruiting and admitting new students. Collaborate on initiatives to develop strategies to support and expand the dual enrollment program. Develop relationships with guidance counselors and other high school personnel and establish effective working relationships with dual enrollment partners and internal faculty and staff. Assist in the collection and analyzing of data to assess progress towards enrollment goals. Manage student files to coordinate the admission/enrollment process for potential dual enrolled students. Develop dual enrollment recruiting schedule and attend recruiting events. Travel to high school partner locations on a regular basis and at times work outside of regular hours to facilitate site visits or attend events. Meet with districts/school administrators to promote new partnerships. Assist with outreach activities to promote retention. Develop and process standard articulation agreements and MOUs. Facilitate and maintain instructor credentialing requirements. Conduct professional development activities as required. Facilitate collection and delivery of academic materials for departments and instructors. Collaborate with departments to disseminate projects and key assessments to instructors. Assist dual enrollment students with university student processes. Assist with coordination of academic proctoring as required. Facilitate notification and follow-up for dual enrollment instructor processes and deadlines. Collaborate with districts/high schools to monitor academic remediation. Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
