Purpose of Position:
This position will receive, compose, edit and submit reports of allegations of abuse and neglect referrals for children by telephone for all counties on a statewide basis.

This position is a Pay Band 60.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Education, Counseling, Psychology, Sociology, Criminal Justice or Family Studies from an accredited college or university.

Working Conditions:
Work is performed in an office setting with extensive exposure to regular periods of video display terminal and keyboard usage and phone usage. Travel may be required. Possible exposure to irate clientele. Incumbent will work under stress and frequent time constraints. The Statewide Central Intake operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
