Purpose of Position:
The purpose of this position is to provide direct personal care and related support to Long-Term Care Residents while maintaining quality care services. This position ensures adherence to Miners' Colfax Medical Center and all other Regulation and Licensing policies and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications

Eighth Grade Education.

Employment Requirements:
Pre-employment back ground check. Must possess and maintain a current Certified Nursing Assistant Certificate from the State of New Mexico or must receive Certified Nursing Assistant Certification within (4) months of date of hire as a condition of continued employment.

Working Conditions: 
Work is performed in a Long Term Care setting long hours of standing, bending, and walking, must be able to lift/move up to 100 lbs., hours may include weekends, holidays, evenings and shift work.
