Purpose of Position:
This position will provide direct personal care and related support In the Emergency Department ensuring that patients receive quality care services. This position ensures adherence to Miner's Colfax Medical Center policies and procedures.  This position may be used to fill a day shift or night shift opening.  This job posting may be used to full multiple vacancies.

THIS POSITION MAY BE USED TO FILL MULTIPLE VACANCIES.

This position is a Pay Band 45.

Classification Description

Nursing Aides, Orderlies, & Attendants-Operational

Minimum Qualifications

High School Diploma or Equivalency OR current New Mexico certification as a Nurse Aide (Current out-of-state CNAs may be certified by reciprocity).

Employment Requirements:
Must possess or obtain within 4 months of employment, a current Certified Nursing Certificate from the State of New Mexico as a continued condition of employment.

Working Conditions:
Work is performed in a hospital setting, ability to lift/move up to 100 lbs. May be required to work nights shift, holidays and/or weekends.
