Job Responsibilities

The person in this position will assist with technical designs, specifications, and options for technical solutions.  Develop technical documentation (designs, specifications, processes, workflows) and communications.  Carry out procedures to ensure that all systems, products, and services meet agency standards and end-user requirements.  Prepare flowcharts, block diagrams, and other documentation to illustrate programs and procedures.  Assist in preparing user documentation, including user manuals.   Report progress weekly to management and project manager.  Other duties as assigned.



This position is located in the Office of Research & Data Analysis.

 

Minimum and Additional Requirements

A high school diploma and experience in computer system development and modification. A bachelor's degree in a related area may be substituted for the required work experience.
