Qualifications

Qualification Requirements:
 
Applicant must meet one of the following qualifications:
 

  1. Master's degree from an accredited program in Clinical Research, Epidemiology, Statistics, Biostatistics, Public Health and/or Bioinformatics.
  2. Bachelor's degree from an accredited program in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related with five (5) years of professional experience 
.
 Desired:
  • Training in programming in SAS, SPSS, SQL, VBA, .net or equivalent statistical analytical programming languages.
  • Strong analytical, self-initiative and innovation skills.
  • Ability to conduct and interpret quantitative and qualitative analyse
  • Effective communication, consulting, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Proficiency with PC applications including spreadsheet, word processing, and graphics packages.

Job Concepts

JOB SUMMARY:
 
 
The successful candidate will primarily provide computational/ database management support for the Section's clinical research program.  Primary responsibilities include assisting with study design, IRB approval processes, study implantation, database design and development, as well as data management and analysis.
