Position Information

Supervises work in connection with the installation, maintenance and repair of a variety of electrical systems, equipment and appurtenant fixtures; and the installation, testing, maintenance and repair of operational electronic equipment and electronic component parts; and performs other related duties, as required.

Minimum Qualification Requirements

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
Experience and/or training of sufficient scope and quality to show competence in work involving the installation, maintenance and repair of electrical systems, equipment and appurtenant fixtures and operational electronic equipment and electronic component parts.

License Requirement
1. Valid Hawaii State supervising electrician's license. You must submit a copy of your license within 7 days of filing this application. Mail or drop off to: Department of Human Resources, 650 South King Street, 10th Floor, Honolulu, HI 96813.

2. Possession of an appropriate valid Hawaii State driver's license, as required. (Current vacancy requires a Type 3 license, prior to appointment.)
