Job Responsibilities

In order to build an active pool of qualified applicants, Piedmont Technical College is accepting applications for adjunct faculty (temporary, part-time) to teach Building Construction Technology. Applications will be reviewed on an as needed basis. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, teaching varying schedules to a diverse student body in accordance with the established syllabi at a variety of locations utilizing technology and using a variety of teaching methods in instruction.
 

Minimum and Additional Requirements

A minimum of an Associate's degree in Building Construction Technology is required as well as a South Carolina Residential Builder's License and 3 - 5 years' documented work experience related to Building Construction Technology.

Preferred Qualifications

A 4-year degree in Construction Management is preferred as well as related teaching experience at the college or vocational level in the Building Construction Technology field.
